A smart camera for packaging inspection supports the inspection of products and packaging directly on the packaging line. VisionSecure provides image-processing solutions for reading barcodes and Data Matrix codes, optical character verification (OCV), presence checks and dimensional measurements.
VisionSecure is a compact inspection system for products and their packaging. The smart camera is adapted to the requirements of the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries and is operated intuitively via a touchscreen.
What is VisionSecure?
VisionSecure is a smart camera for flexible inspection tasks in packaging applications. The system is suitable for installation in new machines as well as for retrofitting existing packaging machines.
Typical applications include labellers, cartoners and blister machines. VisionSecure is also suitable as a replacement solution for obsolete reading systems from Laetus, Argus, Pharmacontrol Electronic and PCE.
The self-explanatory system is operated via a touchscreen and reduces the need for time-consuming employee training.
